PIXAR tonight!

G'day again mates! How you going? It is Thursday morning here, and I am excited for the day. Tonight, after we leave the uni, we are going to go see the PIXAR exhibit downtown! That should be a lot of fun- I get to look at loads of cartoon drawings. Hmmm... my favorite PIXAR movie? Probably Toy Story. What can I saw? It's a classic.

Last night we just hung out at the Claremont, which was a lot fun. We made another microwave cake haha, but this time we threw some MILO in the mix! I swear we are addicted to that stuff now. I am going to have MILO withdrawals when I get back to the states. I think our group is finally becoming close friends, which is good- since they are the ones who are here if I need someone in Australia. It takes me a long time to open up completely to people, but I get there eventually =D. I also got a chance to really sit down and pray last night, which reminded me of how much God is going to do through me here in Australia, which always gets me excited! Overall, a very good night.

Last Tuesday, Ryan (my special guy- for those of you who don't know) made it home from India! He was there on a mission trip for 3 weeks, and he had an amazing time, from what I heard. It was good to get to talk to him, although it's a little weird to feel glad he is back- but yet not feel like he is back since I still can't see him... Lol, going abroad plays with my mind. I do indeed miss him and home (and I really miss my pets too haha), but I am really enjoying Australia.

This weekend, we have booked a trip to Phillip's Island, where we get to pet kangaroos, hold wombats, and see koalas and penguins! It is a day trip, so transportation is included, which is a must for us since we don't have a car. There is even wine tasting included, as well as "cuppa and bickies" all day (which I think means coffee/tea and biscuits). Next weekend we booked a day trip along the Great Ocean Road, which is a trip along the beautiful coastline to see cool rock formations, rainforest, etc. I can't wait!

Well, it's back to research... I want to get a lot done today and see some good progress. Cheers all!
