Saleh is here!

Yay! Finally! The gang's all here! There are 5 of us now. Saleh's flight landed in Melbourne this morning and he is all checked into the hotel and ready to go. He made it to Monash around 11:30.

Tom bought us all Lemmingtons today, and a coffee to go with it. They were good! Basically they are a type of cake with a strawberry filling covered in some type of frosting and coconut. I wasn't a huge fan of the coconut part, but I ate it all!

Research is starting to come along- I am attempting to run some continuity models, so that will take up the rest of my week. Still getting stuff down and remembering how to run stuff, so it's still a bit slow. I will be glad when there is no more "figuring stuff out" to do and I can simply run experiments knowing what is going on lol. But this is really good experience for me!

July 4th was yesterday for us in Australia, and although no one celebrated it, we still all wore red white and blue to show our American pride. We also went out for some pizza for dinner- which was really good.
